We process most orders within 2 business days.

Our standard ground delivery service will take 2-10 business days to reach you, depending on where you are located.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct!

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including reshipping items that may be returned to sender as invalid or incorrect information was provided.

Stock Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.

If the product fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 15 days of receipt.

Returns must be pre-authorized for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.

You can return any merchandise for any reason involving damage, because you didn't like it, malfunction with the product, or anything that was our fault.

You must however contact us first to let us know the problem and you must also pay for the shipping back to us unless your order was damaged in shipment or it was an error of

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee is good for 15 days. If not satisfied return the item(s) for a full refund except original shipping costs.

Please note that we do not pay for shipping via Express Services for any reason (out of stock, product does not work & etc) it is available for your convenience only.

All items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.

Items returned that are not in sellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.

Please, measure your pet as accurately as possible. We allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS, DHL or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item.

After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

- beds, carriers, strollers, or treats.

- any seasonal/holiday items, 

- Jewelry,

- Carry on,

- clearance items, or special orders.

If an item was shipped free and is returned to us, (or part of an order), we will credit the item returned minus up to $15 in shipping. (To cover the cost originally shipping the item to you.)

Our Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are given by FEDEX service online.

*For international shipments, add $25 to standard shipping rates.

We usually ship orders via Federal Express (domestic), UPS (domestic), or DHL (international). We ask that our customers please provide shipping addresses that can accept Fed Ex, UPS and DHL shipments. We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request but please understand that these packages cannot be tracked and may take additional time for delivery. Larger items such as beds and pet carriers may have an additional shipping charge.

We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.

Order Cancellations + Changes

We process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to

Be sure to include your name and order number and date it was posted.

Please note: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. Please measure your pet as accurately as possible.

Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.

Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

All prices are subject to change without notice. NJ State residents are automatically charged applicable sales tax.
